Cameron's Plant Material Guarantee
Our goal is to provide quality plants and the expert knowledge needed to ensure the desired results of your landscaping projects.
Plant materials purchased from the garden center:
We proudly guarantee that our trees and shrubs are true to name, of the highest quality, and in healthy condition when leaving the nursery. However, in the event a Cameron's plant dies within 12-months of the purchase date, we will credit 50% of the purchase cost of the original plant toward the cost of a replacement plant.
Terms and Conditions:
• Plant failure must not be related to improper installation or care. Therefore, a nursery salesperson must be consulted and approve the credit. This process is necessary to confirm the failure of the plant and serves allows us to assess what may have caused the plant to fail. For large trees and shrubs, an on site inspection may be required. As always, please consult with our garden center sales personnel to review the proper installation and care of your purchases.
• Plant failure must not be related to improper transport of the material from the garden center. We recommend the use of a tarp over all plants leaving the nursery in an open vehicle, since plants can be wind-burned at speeds of 35 mph or greater. The guarantee will be voided on material not protected in the manner.
• This guarantee applies to trees and shrubs only. Roses, perennials, and annuals are excluded from the guarantee.
• Only the original purchaser can apply for a credit. When applying for a credit, please present the plant and the paid receipt.
• Plants purchased with "no guarantee" or "no warranty" on the slip are not eligible for a credit.
• Cameron's cannot assure the exact replacement plant will be available.
• Replacement plants will not be guaranteed.
• We are not obligated to replace plants, which fail to survive due to abnormal weather conditions or physical damage, by animals, insects or diseases.
Plants installed by Cameron's:
Plants supplied and installed by Cameron's are guaranteed for one full year from the date of installation. In the event of plant failure, a replacement will be installed at no charge.
